Booking Reminders. This is a great way to send a confirmation Email and Text. It also sends a Reminder Text 2 hours before the actual start time.
Sending confirmation and automatic reminders looks professional and it is one job less for you.
This service is normally £10 for the year to use, however we are letting people use it FOC for July and August.

We only store information (but fully encrypted!) untill the 2 hour reminder is sent. At this point all information is automatically deleted from our system. If you use this system when you have an account with us, you can choose to keep or delete this information.
Remember you can use our system free of charge up to 50 students. Ideal for starter clubs.
